The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a finance leader who adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for managing deliverables related to the quarterly guidance and monthly estimate process, along with reporting and analysis on global performance. Responsible for providing leadership at a Corporate level at ELC across Affiliates, Regions, Brands, Functional Departments and Channels. This individual will provide Executive Management with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting.
QualificationsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550 to $208,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
