About this role
Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Writer, and our mission as a customer marketing team is to “make our customers famous!” We are looking for a Director of Customer Marketing to lead this team and bring this mission to life. This role will be responsible for recruiting customer advocates, producing written and video assets, running our customer advisory boards, integrating customers into broader marketing campaigns, and enabling our sales teams to speak on customer stories.
This role requires passion for storytelling, deep empathy for customers, ability to drive executive engagement, and ability to produce high-quality assets with speed. This candidate must have experience in enterprise marketing and people management.
