Title: Director of Data Strategy & Commercial Insights Location: NYC Salary: $200,000-215,000 + 20% Bonus We are working with a leading premium Food & Beverage business, rooted in heritage and driven by innovation. The Director of Data Strategy will work within the greater Enterprise Data team and will provide value by pushing strategic utilization of data insights. This role will bridge the gap between the Enterprise Data teams and the business through activities such as data set acquisition, roadmap development, and more. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience focusing on data strategy, commercial/customer insights, or related fields, preferably in alcoholic beverage or CPG industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic data initiatives and building business use cases for data set acquisition.
• Strong technical background in data architecture and technologies, including cloud platforms, BI tools, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to create relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data concepts effectively.

• Identify and evaluate new data sets, technologies, and analytics methodologies to enhance business processes and commercial opportunity.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals, collaborating with business leaders and IT departments to implement the data strategy model.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking data strategy, emphasizing governance, quality, and ethical use of data.
• Advise on architecture for scalable and secure data infrastructure, integrating with existing systems and cloud platforms.
