The Technology Workforce Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so too must our talent strategy. The Director, Technology Workforce Strategy (SWP) – Product Management will report to the Vice President of Technology SWP and Data Insights.Our aspiration is to be the best, most inclusive place to work for Technologists and our Workforce Strategy is integral to achieving this. Role OverviewIt is an exciting time to join the Technology Workforce Talent Excellence team as we develop future strategies and transform how we operate today. This is a high-focus role and the Director will be instrumental in this transformation, and how we implement and evolve our technology workforce tooling to meet the delivery needs of our global organization. We aspire to be powered by the best talent, while enabling ongoing governance of the workforce strategy.How you will make an impact· Determining and delivering our tool set and capabilities, product roadmap and assessing our short- and long-term requirements in this area.· Navigate complex stakeholder needs, including enabling the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and their leadership teams to deliver on their SWP aligned goals.· Support Workforce Strategy and Planning in determining the process, cadence and mechanisms for developing reporting against the Technology Workforce Strategy. This will include macro level trending and metrics such as contractor/ colleague ratios, level mix, location growth, and progress towards the aligned goals. · Build a new team of 3 x B35's to deliver on the team goals.Responsibilities:· Determine critical workforce and scenario planning needs. · Establish the strategic approach for the management and monitoring of a product based on broad functional goals and wider Enterprise linkages.· Implement a best-in-class self-service tool and automated dashboard reporting capability to our partners.· Be accountable for the ongoing capability roadmap.· Develop strong working relationships with executive leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to achieve results and enact wide-scale impact across the Technology organization.· Partner closely with Finance, Portfolio, Business Vendor Management (BVM) and CEG teams to ensure consistency in data usage, reporting and insights.· Use external bench marking data to identify solutions.· Develop and manage OKRs and KPIs to track progress, use data to pivot and always improve customer satisfaction.· Partner with the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure needs are met.Minimum Qualifications:· Demonstratable experience in:o successfully leading delivery and implementation of complex, large-scale, high-performance products, applications or other solutions.o creating and delivering new product strategies and execution, including feature prioritization, product road mapping and requirements management. o leading, coaching and developing teams and colleagues.· Excellent communication and influencing skills required including senior stakeholder management.Preferred Experience· Proficient in Agile and Scrum development methodologies and IT project management.· Experience with data analytics and the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data.· Experience working with external third parties and building strong relationships.· Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success.· Ability to utilize Industry trends and external perspectives to make meaningful recommendations to senior leadership.· Prior experience in workforce planning preferred.QualificationsSalary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
