What's the role? As the Director, Enterprise Partnerships & Strategy, you will own and optimize Bilt's relationships with major national brands across various verticals, including rideshare, pharmacy, retail, fitness, and other categories. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for Bilt's most strategic enterprise partners, focusing on maximizing partnership value, driving program innovation, and ensuring seamless program execution. - Serve as the strategic relationship owner for Bilt's portfolio of enterprise partners (including brands like Lyft, Walgreens, and major fitness brands)
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to grow partner engagement, increase program participation, and drive measurable business results.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders, presenting performance analytics, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and implement new revenue streams and value-creation opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful program execution and partner satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze partnership KPIs, creating data-driven strategies to optimize program performance.
- Design and implement scalable processes to support partner success and program growth
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and partnership terms to protect and enhance the value of relationships.
- Maintain detailed partnership documentation and reporting using enterprise CRM systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
- Guide partners through new product launches, program updates, and strategic initiatives
- Proactively identify and resolve partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
In terms of qualifications, we're seeking:
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, enterprise partnership management, strategic accounts, or similar roles
- Proven track record of growing and optimizing large-scale partnerships with major national brands
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze partnership opportunities and drive mutual value
- Excellence in relationship management at multiple organizational levels
- Deep understanding of loyalty programs, rewards ecosystems, and partnership economics
- Expert presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time. The salary range for a Director, Enterprise Strategy & Operations is $150,000 - 200,000and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
