Director ERP Development-Finance - Magnit Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and managing the delivery of corporate ERP applications; connect the company's technical and business architecture frameworks and integrate them with solutions delivery; stay on top of technological advancements and mentor team members in learning the new technologies; work across multiple stakeholder groups to translate business strategies, initiatives, goals, and objectives into enterprise delivery capabilities; serve as the subject matter expert on all solution-related deliverables, tasks, and activities, including the development of integration toolsets and practices for related ERP solutions; work with Quality Assurance teams to ensure engineering solutions meet appropriate regulatory standards; control and manage production system issues, including triage; conduct detailed impact analysis, root cause analysis, and downstream effects of modifications; manage projects with an end result orientation, including all project phases and tasks as applicable to the project size; coordinate with release managers responsible for implementation, as well as other stakeholders involved in multi-disciplinary efforts; manage assigned resources and personnel; provide expert guidance on best practices, standardization, and documentation; utilize and apply knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance Suite, large ERP application implementation/management, program updating procedures, HCM implementations, business process optimization, technology solutions alignment, data governance/privacy strategies, SCRUM/Agile methodologies, JIRA, PeopleTools, SQL and ServiceNow to perform assigned duties; exhibit robust analytical and problem-solving skills in order to be able to quickly learn operational end user processes; demonstrate effective internal communication and task delegation while providing support and guidance; mentor and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development and superior technical expertise; support the design and development of PeopleSoft solutions; and actively work with teams to support complex solutions development.
