Job Description:The Environmental Services Department plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital remains clean and safe for patients, staff, and visitors.Job Description:

• The Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Director I is responsible for providing leadership, direction, vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
• The position entails leading all operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals.
• This individual will represent the department by embodying a Just Cause culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as one system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or 3+ years of Environmental Services; or
• 5+ years of support services, military, housekeeping, environmental services, and/or facilities maintenance experience. 2+ years in a leadership position.
