The Director, Finance and Strategy is a strategic thought-leadership role that requires strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results.The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance while maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities / risks, generate actionable insights and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

- 7+ years of Finance, Planning, Business Management experience
- 4+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 4+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- Experience in Retail, Merchandising Planning and / or Finance
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
