The Director, Lifestyle Finance role will lead all aspects of planning, reporting, and analysis for the Lifestyle division and its portfolio of hotels. This includes ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, analysis of business performance and trends, and preparation of materials for the Lifestyle Leadership team.

• Ownership of the forecasting and budgeting processes for both corporate departments and hotels within the Lifestyle division.
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and deliverables for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with hotels, regional offices, and corporate functions to assist in effective communication of past business performance.
• Development of direct reports and other team members by providing coaching and training.
• Supporting the evolution of Lifestyle Finance to meet the needs of our growing business.
• Working on, and/or leading various special projects and initiatives.
• Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Diversity & Inclusion activities.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Finance or Business role.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical background with attention to detail.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products.

Experience Preferred:

• Hospitality or retail industry experience.
• Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, etc.).
