Job OverviewAs the Director, FP&A for the Cyber Data & Resilience Business, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of the business by providing strategic financial planning, insightful analysis and data driven recommendations. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing a high performing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both a professional services and SaaS environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic financial planning initiatives to drive the overall success of the organization.Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and trends to provide insightful recommendations to senior management for decision makingWork with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Act as an integral part of the business leadership team and collaborate with them to align on objectives. Lead and mentor a high-performing team providing guidance, support and development.Create financial models to forecast and track financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor financial results and key performance indicators to identify risk and opportunities Develop and manage the annual budget and forecast processRepresent the organization in financial discussions with stakeholders (internal and external)Drive organic investment prioritization and capital allocation with strong return on investment expectations Generate monthly business reviews with variance commentary and analyticsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growthPerform scenario modeling as required on potential M&A activities and divestituresStay updated with industry trends, economic conditions to drive planning and analysisEnsure compliance with financial regulations and controls (internal and external)Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reportingEnable an operational culture that drives cash collection and DSOParticipate in the month end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements.Assist in the development of sales plans and variable compensation structure Performing other duties as directed by the Global Head of Finance or business PresidentsQualificationsMinimum 10+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis work experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related fieldDemonstrated ability to add value and lead decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience managing businesses across multiple regions and disciplinesAbility to work proactively with high energy and independently under tight deadlinesAdvance proficiency in in MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPointDetail oriented and highly analytical individual who strives for excellenceOrganizational savvy; ability to challenge the status quo respectfullyThe current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $250,000.
