Director, Financial Project Management - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is looking to hire a permanent director of financial project management to join one of our clients in the financial services industry. This person will be responsible for leading and executing enterprise wide initiatives by driving the delivery of key project outcomes. This is primarily a project management role with an emphasis on finance and accounting and this person will be leading a team of 3 individuals. This person will be communicating with stakeholders, facilitating group meetings and presentations, and facilitating projects and driving results across all organizations within the company. Required Skills & Experience -8 years experience within finance or accounting -5 years project management experience within a large company and proven ability to lead large company wide initiatives -leadership experience leading a team of at least 5 people -Risk mitigation experience -Cross functional experience working with other departments other than your own -Ability build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders Nice to Have Skills & Experience -CPA -PMP -Six Sigma Black Belt Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
