The Stanford School of Medicine seeks a Director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Education and Training to support the Office of the Chief Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer (CEDIO) and guide diversity, equity, and inclusion-related training and professional development efforts across Stanford Medicine, including the School of Medicine, Stanford Health Care, and Stanford Medicine Children's Health. The CEDIO team seeks an energetic, results-oriented Director who will report to the Chief Equity Diversity Inclusion Officer and collaborate with leaders across Stanford Medicine to implement the training and professional development strategies described in the Inclusive Excellence and Health Equity Strategic Plan. Stanford Medicine is dedicated to training a new generation of leaders in medicine and science who will actively promote equity and social justice and work to eradicate health disparities. Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $153,748 to $190,812 per annum.
