About the Role
Reporting to Onum's SVP of Global Marketing, you'll play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue to accelerate Onum's growth. This role will collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure a scalable, cohesive, and data-driven approach to pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a global team, expertise in enterprise B2B marketing to a technical audience, and a focus on integrated campaigns that fuel demand.
You Will:
Own the global demand generation strategy, setting goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth and pipeline acceleration across all regions.Drive the development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, web, paid media, webinars, ABM, events, and partner marketing to generate the pipeline needed to achieve the company's annual revenue target.Develop high-impact, data-driven campaigns that resonate with our target audience (CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs) across different verticals and regions.Partner closely with US, EMEA, and LATAM-based marketing and sales teams to ensure regional alignment and market relevance.Monitor campaign performance and optimize continuously for maximum ROI, utilizing marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and data-driven insights.Build a next-generation marketing tech stack and actionable reporting insights that inform across all campaigns, programs, and content.Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, best-in-class team that includes demand gen, ABM, field marketing, and MOPs.Analyze performance, report against key metrics, and present to sales and marketing leaders.Select and partner with agencies and vendors to support business needs.You Have:
8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in an enterprise software company; including at least 5 years in a leadership roleExperience leading demand gen for a global company with an understanding of regional marketing needs and cultural nuances (AMER, EMEA and LATAM)Strong MOPs skills and experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, intent and ABM toolsProven track record of driving significant pipeline growth and revenue, through multi-channel demand gen campaigns in a B2B environmentExperience marketing to technical and C-level audiences (CTO, CIO, CISO) is idealWho You Are:
