The Team

The Global Logistics Excellence function defines the end-to-end Logistics network, supporting the delivery of the multi-year Logistics ambition focused on cost, customer service, and carbon emission reduction.

The Position

This role involves working across multiple levels and regions with Supply Chain teams to prioritize the company's needs for Logistics capabilities. You will identify leading specialized external providers and source the necessary capabilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB

Lead the Logistics Eco System Vertical of the Logistics+ Plan:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and initiatives under the Logistics Eco System vertical.
Network Design Centre
  • Outline the centre's role and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to select an external design partner.
  • Lead the creation of a current network blueprint.
  • Embed leading network design tools into the centre's setup.
  • Develop a multi-year plan for network design studies.
Preferred Partner Program
  • Design a Preferred Partner Program for PVH Logistics.
  • Develop partner selection criteria and identify relevant external parties.
  • Establish global relationships with preferred partners.
  • Implement digital collaboration platforms.
Internal & External Benchmarking
  • Identify benchmarking needs and objectives.
  • Engage an external benchmark partner.
  • Analyze findings and compile an action plan.
  • Communicate findings across the organization.
Warehouse Investment Strategy
  • Segment markets to differentiate warehouse investments.
  • Evaluate ROI of existing investments.
  • Assess current warehouse footprint.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate and Procurement.
Logistics Resilience Strategy
  • Map current exposure to external risk factors.
  • Create mitigation and backup plans.
  • Embed relevant industry partners into the strategy.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS

Internal contacts include Global Logistics Center of Excellence, Global Supply Leadership Team, and various Regional Operations and Finance Teams. External contacts include Third Party Logistics Providers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct: One associate (Digital Logistics Manager). Indirect: Project teams ranging from 10 to 50 associates.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consulting spend across multiple projects.
DECISION MAKING
  • Balance conflicting Logistics priorities.
  • Lead diverse project teams.
  • Balance regional needs with global standards.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY

The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Drive the Logistics+ Plan through a global team.
  • Bring outside perspectives to define future evolution.
  • Create strategic Logistics capabilities from scratch.
  • Lead multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
  • Engage different levels of the organization.
  • Build plug-and-play interfaces with external partners.
ENVIRONMENT

This role requires operating in a volatile and complex environment, engaging remote teams using digital technologies, with travel required for approximately 10% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain Logistics.
  • Ability to manage large improvement projects.
  • Experience leading multi-national project teams.
  • Track record of designing and implementing new processes.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.

Education:

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance.

Skills:
