Director, HEOR - Heme (North America)
Location: Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly)
Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Hemoglobinopathies, to join the North America Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team to develop and execute the HEOR strategy and related tactics to support the commercialization of CASGEVY (exagamglogene autotemcel [exa-cel]) for sickle cell disease (SCD) and transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia (TDT) in the United States (US) and Canada. This person will work in a highly cross-functional matrix team environment, serving as the North America HEOR lead for CASGEVY and interfacing with Market Access, Public Affairs, as well as Medical teams, to develop and execute a seamless plan for communicating the holistic value of CASGEVY throughout its product lifecycle to various stakeholders including payers and policymakers. This person is expected to exhibit a strong sense of urgency to achieve corporate objectives while maintaining the highest ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards. This position reports to the Head of North America HEOR.
