Director Hospital Infection Prevention - Midland-Marvel Consultants : Job Details

Community hospital looking to bring on Director Infection Prevention! Eligible Incentive Bonus of up to 20%

Responsible for the effective development, implementation, evaluation and surveillance of organizational infection control initiatives, standards and compliance.

• 4 Direct Reports.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Master's Degree in Public Health, relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility. Experience in Nursing with Epidemiology/Infectious Diseases and Methodology focus. Departmental management experience.
• Knowledge of data collection, trending, analysis, and presentation.
• 2+ years in leadership experience.
• Must have experience in leading an infection prevention department and/or program at a Large Acute Care Facility.
• Registered Nurse with Certification in Infection Control required; active Georgia Registered Nurse licensure, may obtain within 6 months of hire.
