This HRBP role will support the Global Development Operations and Portfolio Management function and is a senior member of the Sciences HR Business Partner team. The Global Development organization is located primarily in Tarrytown, Armonk NY and Basking Ridge, NJ, with a growing international footprint in the UK and Ireland.
Key focus is on becoming an advisor to executives, managers and employees on organizational and people related issues. This may include: workforce planning, DE&I, change management efforts, organization design and efficiency, employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management to promote and maintain REGNs high-performance culturewhat we call the Regeneron Way. Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical business and ability to interact with physicians and scientists and use of data is a must in this role. You will be a sounding board for the business, evaluating and influencing the effect of business decisions on people, and translating business needs to the HR COEsand vice versa.

Have a bachelors degree in a scientific subject, business, or HR related field. An advanced degree such as MBA, or Masters in Organization Development or Human Resources is preferred. 12 years experience preferably within our industry: pharma/biopharma/biotech in an HR or management role. Experience supporting or working directly in a global R&D organization is preferred. Significant understanding of HR legal regulations, state & federal compliance laws.
