Shared Service Model Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and operation of a shared service model for HR service delivery to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization. Employee Relations: Collaborate closely with in-house counsel to address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations, benefits, administration, and compliance as well as collaboration with Bancroft Payroll department to ensure seamless service delivery. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
