We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with 5-7 years of experience to join our HRBP team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively partner with business leaders to understand their business and needs to create strategies that support organizational goals.
- Work with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on policies and procedures while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management by providing coaching to managers on performance discussions and career development.
- Identify training needs within assigned group(s) and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
- Partner with People Operations team to utilize HR metrics to assess and improve HR processes and programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
