ADP is hiring a Implementation Director. In this position you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the regional team. Manages the activities of the Implementation Specialists ensuring that all new clients are transitioned to TS's plan accurately and timely. Manages the total client set up ensuring all clients are set up accurately and timely. Maintains working relationships with regional payroll associates, sales, client services, operations, and other groups as required. Develops and implements business policy and planning statements related to all implementation activities. Works with the General Manager in analyzing, forecasting, and planning of the annual department budget. Serves as the senior resource in providing leadership for resolving matters relative to the implementation function.At ADP we are driven by your success.   • Develops metrics and performance standards for the implementation group and mid market set up group.
  • Sets and enforces standards for the group as it relates to the client survey scores.
  • Responds to critical client survey results, by reviewing with managers and associates to correct potential issues.
  • Maintains the published average survey score for the fiscal year.
  • Manages the set up group to ensure good payroll relationships/communications and accurate and timely payroll set ups.
  • Communicates and works closely with sales, client services, payroll, benefits, 401(k), risk, outside partners, and division operation areas to ensure needs and expectations as it pertains to implementation set up and those areas are met.
  • Collects and monitors monthly reports to ensure management of the group's activities and highlights major milestones reached and/or obstacles encountered.
  • Works with management to give input, make recommendations, and monitor expenses for the department budget.
  • Manages the HR issues for the group.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 7+ years of Directly Related ExperiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Client service experience preferred.
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services, and tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability for problem solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure of time constraints essential.
