  • Work closely with multiple departments such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other cross-functional partners globally to ensure projects are launched according to business, regulatory and financial objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing to get updated 3Y Masterplans and monitor that Projects are Initiated on time following Revlon standard guidelines.
  • Leads the executional elements of cross functional projects/teams in a matrix environment and through the Innovation process.
  • Gain alignment with teams and stakeholders on scope, project planning, concept, financials, and risks before projects are presented to Gates.
  • Guides the project team activities to meet project and business objectives, and approval of project recommendations through stage gate decision forums.
  • Independently lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Monitor project status and execution; develop agendas, minutes, etc. for the teams.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; with direction and guidance, lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Lead teams in use of ongoing risk management & communication tools, deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders and appropriate levels of the organization.
  • Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet milestones and costs.
  • Lead lessons learned exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams, integrate lessons into existing processes, tools and templates to drive improvement.
Experience:
  • 5-10 years experience in project management or Innovation operations
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience; prefer 2+ years in FMCG, CPG or OTC healthcare;
  • Proven record of leading teams in delivering results required.
  • Project management experience leading/managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in at least two functional areas (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Project Management, Procurement, Marketing, etc.)
  • PM certification (PMI, PMBOK) or other documented intra-company certification/training desirable.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership required.
  • Must be familiar with standard PM tools and templates.Strong MS Office suite skills; Familiarity with stage-gate processes
  • Direct, successful leadership experience within a global, matrix organization. Can show evidence of directing, motivating, and facilitating skilled professionals in a
  • dynamic, high pressure, constantly changing environment.
  • Highly developed leadership skills, able to lead from the back, middle and front.
  • Understands how to motivate versus direct and can handle multiple, complex priorities in a global, ever evolving business environment
  • Highly self-motivated, pro-active, results oriented individual with robust interpersonal skills that is resilient.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities independently, strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict and act independently through ambiguity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, typically a degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Business or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
