BofA Securities, Inc. has an opportunity for a Director; Investment Banker to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients, incl. buy & sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, capital markets processes, & debt & equity offerings. Work with analysts & associates on client coverage, origination, & transaction execution teams. Reqs: Bach or equiv. & 7 yrs exp. in: Building & maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, incl. relevant shareholders, board of directors, & sr. mgmnt. in Latin America's natural resources space; Spearheading the identification & pursuit of investment, divestment, merger, & financing opportunities in the natural resources sector across Latin America, evaluating potential targets, conducting market research, & having constant interactions with global industry bankers and clients. 25% int'l travel, as nec.
