Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to join our Investment Team, specializing in private debt and equity. This pivotal role combines investment team responsibilities with portfolio restructuring and workout strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investment principles, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in portfolio management and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing private debt and equity investment opportunities.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, portfolio companies, and financial institutions.- Oversee the portfolio restructuring process, working closely with distressed assets to identify value creation opportunities.- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to inform investment decisions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio enhancement and risk management.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform investment strategies and decision-making.- Prepare and present investment recommendations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.- 7+ years of experience in investment management, with a focus on private debt and equity.- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio restructuring and workout scenarios.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
