Job Description :

Directs and oversees all operations within the organization's Learning and Development function. Directs the organizational development function and develops processes and programs designed to encourage strategic change and transformation.

Job Responsibility
  • Leads a Learning and Organizational Development group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area. Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility. Leads the work of a group that studies organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and team interactions.
  • Develops and validates tools meant to measure employee productivity, performance, or engagement.
  • Directs annual training and development needs assessment for the firm to address training needs and help build skills and capability.
  • Ensures coordination with line managers to identify skill/knowledge gaps and identify training needs, develops training courses, curriculum, or materials, and delivers and evaluates training sessions.
  • Evaluates and selects HR-related vendors or service providers.
  • Assists the leadership team in developing human resource strategies.
  • Designs an executive coaching program that is scalable to the needs of the organization and is inclusive of varying coaching styles and learner needs.
  • Manages the relationships with external vendors used for facilitation and design of programs.
  • Identifies success metrics and regularly reports on progress and gaps.

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
  • Prior Experience with Epic implementations and creating Training programs preferred.
