Responsibilities:

• Manage the full leasing process, from outreach and negotiations to deal execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Monitor market trends and competitive properties to support leasing efforts.
• Prepare reports and contribute to leasing strategy and budgeting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee tenant negotiations through lease execution.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in real estate leasing, particularly in retail.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
