About the Role: The Director, IT Americas Logistics Solutions builds the vision and strategy around systems and processes related to regional logistics and warehouses, while aligning PVH business objectives to the global logistics network. The Director, IT Americas Logistics Solutions will provide leadership to implement, support, and improve the company's collection of distribution and logistics systems and infrastructure. The Director partners closely with the Americas COO, SVP Global Logistics Center, and all local warehouse teams and technical subject matter authorities. What You'll Do:
- Lead entrepreneurial projects to transform the current Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) systems and infrastructure.
- Own all applications related to Warehouse and Distribution (W&D) Management, including warehouse management and warehouse control systems.
- Be responsible for the technology lifecycle & support for all I.T. infrastructure equipment within the warehouses.
- Handle I.T. relationship of all 3PLs in region.
- Ensure that technology and tools implemented in the Logistics business units support industry leading Logistics practices.
- Proposes processes and solutions, analyzing opportunities to apply technology to drive business strategy.
- Leads development and implementation of the strategy and action plans to achieve PVH Logistics goals.
- Crafts innovative solutions to achieve breakthroughs on the strategic roadmap.
- Applications include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manhattan Associates: Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Slotting Optimization, Supply Chain Intelligence, Coordinated Framework
- Freight Management
- Material Handling Equipment
- Warehouse Control Systems
- Establish a high level plan including overall effort, resource gaps, timelines, and cost to implement new IT projects
- Offer overarching global design mentorship
- Lead all aspects of IT projects from a strategic perspective to ensure business objectives are met; supervise time and cost metrics
- Implement systems using standard methodologies to ensure reliability, stability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop support plans and handle resources and resources to support business groups using W&D systems and processes
- Develop solutions to eliminate repeat problems and resolve application issues
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated ability in a Warehouse and Distribution technology role.
- Experience in a management capacity implementing and supporting enterprise distribution and logistics systems.
- Extensive experience in systems process definition, analysis, design, implementation, and support for distribution systems in a retail, wholesale, and/or an e-commerce environment.
- Experience in the implementation and ongoing management of distribution systems, ideally Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System or similar.
- Experience with various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) software systems
- Experience with various Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
- Experienced in project, team and vendor management.
- Shown history of influencing others through consensus building and mentoring.
- Strong and consistent history of leading people and projects.
- Ability to influence teams and bring teams together in difficult situations.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively lead teams, direct and plan projects.
- Strong ability to anticipate, identify, and raise issues that may hinder deliverables or pose a risk; encourages root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Experience in the international environment; ideally has worked abroad.
- Self-starter, detail oriented and highly organized.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Operations, or related field is preferred, with equivalent experience also considered.
