*This role is eligible to be performed remotely; however, if you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's office in Dodgeville, WI or New York City, you will be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.

This is a dynamic, strategic leadership role, pivotal in shaping and executing our online digital partnership strategy, managing key external partnerships, collaborating closely on product strategy, and driving the overall success of our products on third-party websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall strategy for online digital partnerships and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business goals. Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our presence on third-party e-commerce platforms.
  • Actively manage the strategy to sell third party brands on landsend.com.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key digital partners, vendors, and third-party platforms. Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure that all partnerships are optimized for success.
  • Work closely with the Product Development and Merchandising teams to align partner strategies with product offerings. Influence product roadmap decisions based on partner trends and consumer demand.
  • Oversee the operationalization of digital partner strategies, from concept to go-live. Ensure seamless execution across platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure digital partner strategies are integrated into the overall business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize results. Report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.

Skills

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling online digital partner operations.
  • Strong experience in vendor management and external partnership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools related to e-commerce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of team member's skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with upper management to establish team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of department strategies.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
