About The Role ????

As our Director of Ad Operations in the East Coast, youll be the driving force behind Livewire's revenue growth in the digital realm. Your fluency in the tech that powers the gaming media ecosystem, from the publisher's toolkit to the ins-and-outs of demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and tagging technologies. Youll be no stranger to the likes of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.

What You Will Do

  • Working closely with the leadership team, pioneering the ad operations vertical from scratch
  • Initial hands-on involvement in initiating and executing successful advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive media activation strategy tailored for the US markets, aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Identify key opportunities and trends to capitalize on, including in-game advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, and more
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively monetizing media channels- e.g. operational workflow efficiency, naming convention, quality assurance and process standardization) that delivers best in class tracking and data operations for measurement (i.e. tagging)
  • Optimize pricing models, inventory allocation, and campaign execution to maximize revenue potential
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with advertisers, agencies, brands, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Build and lead a high-performing Ad Ops team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
  • Manage budget allocation for media monetization initiatives, ensuring effective resource utilization and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, trends, and insights for senior leadership. Provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement

What You Will Need

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Ad Operations and/or Programmatic
  • Experience working in a global environment, as well as leveraging outsourced Ad Operations resources
  • Experience of overseeing traffickers and managing a technically led Ad Operations and/or Programmatic team
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic and commercial SSPs and DSPs as well as DMP and DCO platforms and established relationships with media partners, verification companies and large digital players like Google/Facebook/TikTok/Twitch/Snapchat
  • Ability to read/write SQL, consulting databases and effectively read/write HTML/JavaScript
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex and technical issues to variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about gametech, digital media, AdTech, marketing tools and technologies and eager to keep learning

Pay Range:

New York- $145,000-160,000

Other East Coast states- $135,000-150,000
