In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the U.S. market. Your success will directly impact the agency's growth as you manage relationships with key clients and lead the charge on new business acquisition.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the advertising and marketing industry, particularly in experiential marketing and integrated branding. You will report directly to the agency's President and work closely with a team of creative minds to deliver exceptional client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both private and public sector clients.Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to drive agency growth.Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.Client Relationship ManagementManage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Proactively address client needs and challenges to foster positive, long-term partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and client experiences.Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Proposal DevelopmentLead the creation of compelling proposals, including creative briefs, presentations, and financial proposals.Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative proposals that align with client goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.7-10+ years of experience in business development or account management within the advertising or marketing agency environment.Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, both domestically and internationally.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.Willingness to travel domestically throughout the U.S. for client meetings, events, and headquarters visits.Location: This Position Is Remote, With The Ideal Candidate Located In One Of The Following Areas, With Periodic Travel To Client Sites, Headquarters, And Events: New York, NY; Washington, DCAbout UsWe are a creative agency that thrives on innovation, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional experiences that drive meaningful connections.
