Imagine360 is currently seeking a Director of Business Development, Sales! In this role you will work directly with self-funded employer prospects and their broker and/or consultant advisors. The Business Development Director will initiate, manage, and close sales of Imagine360's best-in-class healthcare solutions and services. The successful candidate will be a relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, high-integrity professional with strong knowledge of the self-funded employer group market. Further, she/he should share Imagine360's commitment to transform healthcare, allowing people to pay a fair, reasonable price for quality healthcare.Position Location: This is a remote position but will cover Texas and East of Texas market/territory.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify customer targets, formulate, and execute sales plan for successful stakeholder engagement and achievement of sales goals.Partner with Imagine360 internal marketing, data analytics and finance support teammates to inform and support sales efforts and create customized marketing and presentation material.Create and cultivate authentic and productive relationships with current and future business partners both within and outside of Imagine360, including brokers and consultants.As needed, bring in Imagine360 teammates to assist in closing deals.Keep Regional Vice President, Market Leader apprised of activity, report regularly on market conditions, pipeline, challenges and opportunities.Passionately educate and advocate on behalf of the Imagine360 model with existing and potential partners and stakeholders.Work with Account Services for optimal customer implementations; maintain contact with customers after implementation to ensure positive customer experience.Lead the creation and execution of strategies to increase market share, drive new business in new and existing clients and markets and improve internal efficiencies.Manage and expand client relationships through continual needs assessment and relationship plan delivery.Keeps abreast of all regulatory guidelines that affect any areas within the scope of management and makes appropriate adjustments to policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.Ensures effective usage of Sales tools and technology to drive outcomes in the sales and service process.Required Experience / Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.8+ years sales and/or account management.Preferred Experience: Prior experience in medical insurance sales.Demonstrable track record of success in consultative sales/business development roles selling complex/multi-stakeholder healthcare services, benefits, and/or related services.Knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and brokers dynamics; active and productive relationships in the brokerage community preferred.Successful experience selling directly to employer groups and through the broker/consultant channel.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to educate and passionately advocate on behalf of the Imagine360 model, and its documented track record of exceptional cost savings, care quality, member and client satisfaction.High EQ; able to read people, situations and interpersonal dynamics accurately and navigate appropriately.Achieves business results by taking action, maintaining quality and focusing on closing business.Strong communication (both written and verbal) and advocacy/diplomacy skills.Builds and develops partnerships through open lines of communication.Creates and executes a disciplined and documented sales process.Strong positive presence.Very good financial and analytic skills.Unwavering ethics.Licenses or Certifications: Current Life and Disability Producer's License required.
