Duties Include:
* Utilizes a thorough understanding of the dynamic nature of MCHC's Strategic Plan and OKRs to identify new opportunities.
* Gathering and assessing market data to make viability recommendations.
* Create funding strategies including grants and fundraising, revenue maximization, tax credits, loans and more.
* Utilizes excellent communication skills verbally and in writing to build and develop key relationships in the community and within MCHC. Works in a collegial team style with team members including grant writers and finance colleagues.
* Leads the project team to secure appropriate resources and delegates work appropriately.
* Ensures project administrative duties are completed appropriately.
* Ensures that projects stay on track and meets designated timelines.
* Partners with stakeholders and project team members to drive communications and change management
* activities for each project deliverable.
Benefit Package:
The starting salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to lead project planning meetings and to articulate project components and deliverables with
* high level audiences.
* Exceptional communications skills.
* Team leadership-ability to keep team focused and on task; holds team members accountable when
* necessary.
* Working knowledge of procurement software.
* Minimum four-year degree and/or equivalent professional-level education and experience.
Salary Description
$90,000 to $120,000 per year, DOE
