Job Description: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives and enhance market presence. This pivotal role marks the establishment of the first dedicated business development function, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue and achieving our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial services sector, with a particular focus on the oil, gas, and refining industries.Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, supported by a $5 million budget and performance-based incentives that reward success.Spearhead initiatives to explore and penetrate previously untapped markets and customer segments, positioning the business as a leader in Industrial Specialty Services.Collaborate closely with Profit and Loss (P&L) leaders and operational teams to implement effective team-selling strategies, ensuring alignment between business development efforts and service delivery.Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive positioning to the executive team.Qualifications:
