Director of Capital Markets-Renewable Energy - Disability Solutions : Job Details

About Company:Our client is a well known and highly reputable IPP that owns renewable energy projects across the USA. We are looking for a Director of Capital Markets to lead the day-to-day execution and origination of all project and corporate finance activities. Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in project finance, back-leverage, and corporate financing (with a focus on the Utility Scale power sector, including renewable energy assets), tax equity, investment banking, consulting and / or IPP experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of project and corporate financings as well as tax equity structures
• Experience managing lender diligence process including creation of information memorandum, preparation of financial models, data room management, coordination of lender advisors and preparation of relevant reports.
