About the Company
The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago (EFGC) is a not-for-profit organization serving 44 counties in Illinois since 1946. We offer education, advocacy, and case management to people living with epilepsy, their families, and the communities in which they live, all in the service of helping our constituents seize the narrative back from epilepsy. We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt charitable organization existing under the laws of the State of Illinois and operating as a local affiliate of the Epilepsy Foundation of America.

About the Role
POSITION REPORTS TO: VP of Member Services
POSITION SUPERVISES: Clinical Manager, Senior Case Manager, and may supervise students or volunteers, as appropriate.
Pay range and compensation package
SALARY RANGE: $85,000-110,000
Salary is based on qualifications, experience, and skill sets of the individual.

Qualifications
Minimum of an advanced degree in counseling/social work and LCSW/LCPC required or in process, with significant related experience. Minimum 3 years previous leadership/supervisory experience. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated knowledge and skills needed to work successfully with persons with disabilities. Some evening and/or weekend work required.
