Director - Client Services, US Fund Administration

Hybrid-Wilmington, DE

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Candidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.

Some of the things you will be doing:

* Manage client relationships including onboarding new clients, review of fund documents, fund set up, and renewals of existing client engagements

* Understand clients' business to identify opportunities for additional fund services and cross selling of other CSC products

* Review accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules, including waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA)

* Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468

* Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters

* Assist as needed with internal teams with all client deliverables

* Ensure that best practices are used by client service team and look for process improvements

* Staffing/resource allocation for client service team

* Career development and talent management of team members

* Manage special projects as required

* Extensive on the job training

* Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

* BS Degree in Accounting-CPA or CPA candidate preferred

* 12+ years' experience in Private Equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting and 7+ years of supervisory experience

* Working knowledge of US GAAP

* Thorough understanding of key terms of fund documents

* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)

* Private equity accounting software experience a plus

* Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines

* Experience delegating, training, and supervising multiple staff

* Experience managing multiple client relationships

* Strong professional verbal and written communication skills

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
