Primary Responsibilities:

· Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.

· Deliver quality care and treatment to patients.

· Mentor and instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques.

· Lead clinical and financial operations, ensuring the clinic meets or exceeds performance goals.

· Mentor clinical and non-clinical staff.

· Cultivate relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.

· Oversee and manage patient schedules to ensure care completion.

· Complete and maintain detailed patient care notes and reports.

Requirements:

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.

· Possess a Physical Therapist license in the state of location of the job.

· Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR.

· Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.

· Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.

· Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
