Responsibilities Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan opened in 2017 as a beautiful and state of the art 65-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Clinical Services position. Learn more about Cedar Creek Hospital online at: Cedar Creek Hospital Position Description The Director of Clinical Services is responsible to assess, supervise, monitor, and plan treatment services for patients and their families or significant others. Ensures the use of person centered planning and monitors the effectivness of multi-disciplinary treatment team process. Communications and collaborates with other services providers both internally and externally for a continuum level of care coordination. As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Clinical Services is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment and retention. Hours Full Time, Hours are typically between 7a-5p, and may flex outside of those hours based on departmental and facility needs, 7am to 7:30pm Benefits

Qualifications Position Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a mental health discipline, preferably social work, with at least five years of extensive psychiatric and management experience
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in supervision of a clinical team. Supervision of a multi-disciplinary team with appropriate clinical supervision preferred. Completed training and ongoing education in various treatment modalities and administrative techniques related to mental health, substance abuse and/or eating disorder issues of adult and adolescent persons suffering acute psychiatric disorders
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan in respective mental health discipline
