Overview:

Responsible for assisting the organizational leadership in providing direction and oversight for the Agencys compliance and governance programs, policies, and practices to meet applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations while adhering to the Code of Ethics and Philosophy as adopted by the Board of Directors and the Compliance Committee.

Pay for this position: $72800 / yr - $95264 / yr

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business partners to develop, document and maintain solutions for policies and procedures necessary to mitigate risk and ensure consistent, sound, compliant business practices
  • Manage the Excluded Provider Monitoring Program
  • Carry out monitoring reviews as assigned and providing detailed reports
  • Provide compliance support to the Agencys program leaders and Corporate business in response to queries
  • Collaborate and work with other members of the team to ensure all required records and compliance registers are maintained and in an accurate and timely manner including database logging of compliance matters
  • Liaison with colleagues across internal governance and controls, compliance and audit functions where required
  • Producing objective, timely and well-presented monitoring reports and gain approval for distribution to senior management and directors
  • The role includes the responsibility for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Agencys internal policies and procedures ensuring compliance
  • Assist with contract management and compliance oversight
  • Performs routine compliance tasks concerning documentation and reporting
  • Maintain compliance review files to include follow-up of all items required by regulators for audit purposes
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with relational
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in analytical problem-solving
  • Experience in performance and operations management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
  • BS/BA in business administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in Compliance of three to five years
