Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Construction position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of small, medium, and large design and construction projects, including large renovations, additions, and expansions throughout the Mid-South Region (South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama). Will act as the Owner's Representative, coordinating projects from concept to closeout. Must have experience selecting design teams, construction procurement, and internal stakeholder management. Experience in AIA document management, building systems design, and commercial real estate is required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent is preferred
  • Five or more years experience in commercial construction supervision
  • Management experience in the senior living (CCRC) industry is preferred
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license

Pay Range: $107,000.00 - $133,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
