About the Role:

As the Construction Lead, you will oversee every phase of this landmark project, from site preparation to completion. Youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure each milestone is met on schedule, to the highest standards. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a green-energy-focused build with scalable potential up to 1.2 GW.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and Manage: Take charge of construction teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Oversee Operations: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site functions, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality standards while managing the logistics of a high-density, high-tech data center build.
• Collaborate and Report: Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders and report directly to the Owners Rep and executive team.
