Job DescriptionIdentify and execute complex and large scope fixed income sales and generate revenue aligned with William Blair's sales strategy. Target key investors and actively surface cross sale leads, striving to increase account penetration. Maintain longstanding internal partnership with other sales professionals and actively develop leads sourced by others. Manage strong relationships with key institutional investors; synthesize client issues by leveraging seasoned expertise into meaningful advice. Leverage pertinent sales opportunities to associate staff. Serve as a sounding board to less experienced staff.

This role is entirely commission-based. Commission does not include any other forms of compensation.
