Johns Hopkins University supports a flexible work model which includes four different work modalities. This role has a hybrid arrangement with an onsite presence of 3 days per week. The manager will confirm the team's core onsite days where the majority/all team members will work in the office. Employees who travel on university business can count those days towards their onsite days.

The Director of Development at the Carey Business School is a critical leader on the Development and Alumni Relations team. This position manages a team of 2-3 front-line fundraisers, reports directly to the Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations, and focuses on meeting the philanthropic goals established to support Carey's academic priorities. The Director works collaboratively with other members of DAR to leverage support for fundraising, student recruitment, and institutional advancement efforts.
