Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology solutions, integrating third-party tools to enhance advisor efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, ensuring a competitive edge through innovation and integration excellence.

Vendor Management and Optimization

• Create frameworks for selecting and onboarding vendors, focusing on scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Negotiate strategic vendor agreements, leveraging enterprise-wide partnerships.
• Consolidate functionality to optimize resources, reduce costs, and deliver superior advisor experiences.

Acquisition and Integration Strategy

• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions, identifying risks and integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute seamless post-acquisition integration plans.
• Provide strategic guidance to assess and future-proof acquisition technology risks.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of technologists and digital strategists.
• Partner with executive leaders across subsidiaries to align technology investments with strategic goals.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, presenting actionable insights and progress updates.
