The Director Distribution Center PIV Maintenance and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for maintaining, planning and growing Ashleys fleet of PIV Equipment as well as managing expansion and consolidation related strategic efforts for the Ashley DCs. This position is a key member of the leadership team and will have responsibility over multi sites in North America. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective maintenance programs to reduce R&M expense, improve reliability, security, efficiency, and safety of our equipment as well as oversee expansion/growth projects including racking and automation. This position will oversee the implementation of multiple projects, and the establishment of metrics to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
