What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant event management, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across various dining spaces
- Strong client relationship management experience, with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional, customized results
- Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify challenges in event planning and create innovative, guest-focused solutions
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and event timelines with precision and creativity
- A passion for curating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with the restaurant's vision
- Experience in team leadership and staff training, specifically in event-focused settings
