What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant event management, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across various dining spaces
• Strong client relationship management experience, with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional, customized results
• Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify challenges in event planning and create innovative, guest-focused solutions
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and event timelines with precision and creativity
• A passion for curating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with the restaurant's vision
• Experience in team leadership and staff training, specifically in event-focused settings
