Job Description :
The Director of Facilities and Operations is the Grays Harbor College administrator responsible for planning, directing, and management of all facilities and grounds. Reporting to the Vice President for Administrative Services, the Director of Facilities and Operations contributes significantly to the development and execution of the campus master plan in collaboration with college executive management and stakeholders. The Director of Facilities and Operations establishes operating goals and develops annual work plans, assessment metrics, and annual budget for areas of responsibility. Areas of oversight responsibility include major/minor projects, construction oversight, maintenance, grounds, custodial services, shipping and receiving, utilities, campus fleet and sustainability (including energy mandate & energy audit).
