SUMMARYPosition is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all components for Facilities Services in an assigned borough to ensure the safest and healthiest workplace possible. This includes the direct supervision of staff, maintenance of agency facilities, cleaning of agency grounds and facilities, compliance with all applicable building regulations. The position maintains the authority to exercise independent judgment within the framework of established policies and procedures that influence operations and improvements to the facilities. This person serves as liaison with other agency programs and outside agencies and vendors.
COMPENSATION: $77,000 - 87,000 annually + Industry Leading Benefits!
