Overview:

We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries and have earned The Joint Commission's Respiratory Failure Certification. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment throughout Utah and some areas of Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nevada.

Responsibilities:
The Director of Facilities Management is the individual with primary responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance of hospital buildings, grounds, and mechanical/electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with all local, state, NFPA, OSHA, and Joint Commission regulations and standards. Interacts with other department heads to ensure safe and efficient operations. Hires, trains, supervises, and terminates building service personnel. Serves as the hospital's Safety Officer with authority to take immediate action if current conditions threaten safety, health, or life. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Emergency Management Program. Integrates the hospital's mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
