- Experienced in the planning, management, and coordination of school district facilities, with responsibility for maintenance and custodial services, environmental health, and construction/remodeling.
- A proven leader with extensive experience in project management, HVAC, electric, plumbing, roofing, indoor air quality techniques, including, green cleaning and maintaining an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program.
- An expert in creating an Energy Conservation Program that includes performing energy audits, creating benchmarks and setting energy goals and familiar with energy procurement strategies and purchasing options.
- An effective communicator who positively interacts with staff members and the public.
