  • Full-Time
  • Locations: Culver City, Inglewood, Van NuysKey Responsibilities
    • Oversee all aspects of Wraparound, FSP, and PIER, ensuring family-centered, strengths-based services and community-based resources.
    • Ensure services are delivered within the Core Practice Model framework and according to program requirements.
    • Develop and implement program growth goals.
    • Oversee the recruitment of the Wraparound Community Parent Advisory Board and facilitate Parent Support Groups.
    • Provide ongoing supervision of program staff, including Therapists, Facilitators, and Case Managers.
    • Recruit, train, and oversee ongoing training curricula for Wraparound/FSP/PIER staff.
    • Act as a liaison with other agencies, ensuring collaboration across different system components.
    • Provide monthly reports to the Senior Director and funding sources.
    • Assist in developing program policies and ensure compliance with funding sources.
    • Interface with DCFS, DMH, Probation, court systems, schools, and community liaisons.
    • Ensure paperwork is complete and deadlines are met.
    • Ensure 24-hour availability and crisis intervention as needed.
    • Attend scheduled staff and community meetings.
    • Conduct all functions in accordance with Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.Qualifications
      • MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, with a valid California clinical license.
      • Valid CA Driver License.
      • Minimum five years of experience in community-based social service programs for emotionally disturbed children and adults.
      • Minimum three years of administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs.
      • Familiarity with family-centered, strengths-based services principles.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
